On Having the Confidence of White Men

I have a corporate job and recently moved to a smaller team. There are a lot of benefits to being part of this team and I really like what I do, but because I’m more integrated within this team and not just a cog in the larger regional wheel, I’m noticing a lot of things about gender dynamics in the workplace that have prompted reflection.
